Lodging
We are staying at the Atlantic Oakes hotel. The wedding and reception will also be there. We have arranged for a full hot buffet breakfast to be included in the rate for all our guests staying at the hotel.

- The wedding will be behind The Willows mansion (building 8).
- The reception will be in the Conference Center (the large, unnumbered building) and on the lawn outside it.
- We are holding guest rooms in buildings 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7.
- Building 7 is the Main Building. It has the lobby, an indoor swimming pool, a small exercise room, and the buffet breakfast each morning. Rooms in the Main Building are $165/night.
- Rooms in building 5 are closest to the water and have the best views. They are $179/night.
- Rooms in buildings 1, 2, and 3 are $152/night.
You can call to make reservations at any time; the number is 800-336-2463. Be sure to ASK FOR AMY and tell them you are with our group when making a reservation. We have enough rooms for everyone set aside under the name Jaspan but any unreserved rooms will be released on July 28, 2007.
While we’d really enjoy having everyone stay with us at the Oakes, there are a wide variety of other places to stay in the area, from five-star hotels to national park campgrounds. Visit the Bar Harbor chamber of commerce site for more information.
